  Time To Talk

 

Time to Talk is a service run by Ynys Môn and Gwynedd Mind in which we offer one to one, confidential advice and support across Anglesey and Gwynedd in non-stigmatising venues such as supermarkets.

The service offers people the chance to talk to a Recovery Worker on a one-to-one basis about mental health problems, to get free information and to learn self-management techniques to keep themselves well.

 

 

 

 

 

Time to Talk will be in the following venues in April 2018:

 

Tuesday 10/04/2018 – JE O’Toole Centre Holyhead 10am-4pm

Tuesday 10/04/2018 – Fire Station, Dolgellau 10am-2pm

Thursday 12/04/2018 – JE O’Toole Centre Holyhead 10am-4pm

Monday 16/04/2018 – JE O’Toole Centre Holyhead 10am-4pm

Wednesday 18/04/2018 – Morrisons, Caernarfon 12pm – 5pm

Thursday 19/04/2018 – ASDA Llangefni 10am-4pm

Tuesday 24/04/2018 – JE O’Toole Centre Holyhead 10am-4pm

Tuesday 24/04/2018 – Storiel Bangor 12am-4pm

Wednesday 25/04/2018 – Pwllheli Girlguiding Unit 10am-4pm

Monday 16/04/2018 – Morrisons Caernarfon 12pm-5pm
